Professional Learning Communities: 

Teacher collaboration and teaming works—teachers and administrator are so busy with the day-to-day operations of a school that isolation occurs.  Training and support to develop professional learning communities can bring about inter-disciplinary activities never thought possible at the secondary level. EAA seminars and support services guide a school or district through the process of developing "critical friends” groups through professional learning communities.
