Surprisingly, the highest dropout rate is during the freshman year.  Students come from relatively small middle or junior highs into a larger, more subject matter focused high school.  Most schools provide little or no transition for student entering high school.  EAA can help you develop a program of mentorship and life strategies that will guarantee high school success for entering students.
